It is very frustrating to deal with them. Their attitude and mentality is the reflecttion of Malaysian public servant and Malaysian leadership at large. Made the booking to see them to renew the passport at 9am, but they are not there. <BR/>where are they to busy setting up their eating shop. Mind you to renew a pasport in Australia we have to travel to Canberra and the immigration section is only open half day, and imagine if one has to travel from Perth or Darwin to be there at 9am only to find the officials are too busy setting up their eating corner than to their duty. Not only that you can`t comaplain other wise you will be told to come back next day to collect the renewed pasport . They can`t speak English properly and they can`t speak Bahasa Malaysia either .You can`t ask too much question other wise watch out. The worst thing is they don`t know the answer to the question,don`t even know some name of the state in Malaysia and yet work in Malaysian High Commission representing Malaysian Government. What happen Malaysia? Do the High Commission employ these people to serve the people or to be the BOSS to the people. Come to work not to work but to do what they want to do. Why do the Malaysian Has to go to Canberra to renew the pasport in the first place. Is it done on purpose so the High Commissioner employee can set up their eating corner. Malaysia oh Malaysia you do thing not to make it better but to make it worst just to show somebody is doing something. Don`t care of it effect.
